**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical oversight and review the work of junior team members
* Attend client meetings and provide expert technical input
* Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is realized through construction
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in residential/housing design
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
* Comprehensive knowledge of Building and Planning Regulations and Design & Build Contracts
* Strong technical abilities across various construction methods
* Collaborative mindset and ability to lead, mentor, and guide junior team members
* Excellent communication skills
