Join Our Team as a Commis Sommelier

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Commis Sommelier to join our team at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. As a Commis Sommelier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the beverage station, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order and that the station is well-organized and clean.
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of beverages, including wine, cocktails, and other drinks.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sommelier and other members of the service team to ensure that every guest has a positive experience.
