Head of Major Loss Adjusting

Adjusting Appointments Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their Major Loss Division. As Head of Major Loss Adjusting, you will oversee a team of experienced adjusters and surveyors, handling complex losses in excess of £75,000 in the south of England.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of general commercial major loss adjusters and surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional results.
- Split your time between fee-earning activities (80%) and operational management (20%), overseeing every loss in excess of £75,000 in the region.
- Take a personal involvement in the handling of all losses in excess of £1 million, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A/FCILA qualification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in major loss adjusting, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
A competitive basic salary up to £100,000, plus bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days annual holiday.
