Job Opportunity: Trainee Graduate Accountant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Graduate Accountant. As a Trainee Graduate Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable accountancy firm, gaining valuable experience and skills in the field of accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the preparation of financial reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including small business owners and individual taxpayers
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Participate in on-the-job training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Recent accounting graduate or AAT student with a strong academic record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
