Numeracy Coach

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Numeracy Coach to join our team at Realise Futures. As a Numeracy Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting adults in the community with Mathematics and increasing their confidence in everyday Numeracy.

• Conduct holistic needs assessments to develop mutually agreed plans to address individual needs and aspirations.
• Deliver clear pathways for Multiply Suffolk learners to take steps towards breaking down barriers to work and health, while increasing understanding and confidence in numeracy.
• Forge strong links with the VCSE sector to offer a holistic approach that meets the needs of Suffolk's most vulnerable people.
• Provide a bespoke, holistic, and integrated coaching service for adults with disabilities and health conditions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of local labour market trends to provide appropriate information, advice, and guidance (IAG).
• Accurately record data and maintain strong organisational skills.
