The Maintenance and Repair Specialist role at Thames Water Utilities Limited involves providing expert technical support for the operation and maintenance of our combined heat and power (CHP) plants. As a specialist, you will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless plant operations, focusing on identifying and addressing any potential issues that may impact plant performance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular site visits to inspect and maintain CHP equipment, ensuring all necessary maintenance is carried out in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures to enhance overall plant efficiency.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and contractors to resolve equipment-related issues and procure replacement parts as needed.
