Mathematics Instructor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mathematics Instructor to join our team at Wayman Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.

About the Role:

The Mathematics Instructor will be expected to deliver high-quality lessons, assess student progress, and contribute to the development of mathematics curriculum. A strong understanding of mathematics concepts and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Teaching mathematics to students in Key Stage 3 and 4
• Assessing student progress and providing feedback
• Contributing to the development of mathematics curriculum
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality of teaching

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need a formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE) and a strong background in mathematics. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
