Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled pharmacist to develop their expertise in clinical pharmacy practice. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a multidisciplinary team and be confident in leading clinical medication reviews and medicine optimisation management. A competitive salary £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring safe and effective use of medications.
  • Lead clinical medication reviews and medicine optimisation management.
  • Develop and implement policies and protocols for medicines management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient consultations and treatments.
