We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team at The Refectory in Milford. As a key member of our culinary crew, you will work closely with our sous chefs and head chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring that every plate meets our standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a strong background in cooking techniques and kitchen operations. You will be a team player, able to communicate effectively with colleagues and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
A competitive salary is offered, estimated to be around £28,000 per annum, plus tronc (tips) and opportunities for overtime. Our benefits package includes free meals on shift, 30% discount for you and your friends across B&P and our group, and a NEST pension scheme.
