About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Medical Strategy Executive to join our team in Europe. As a key member of the Field Medical Centre of Excellence, you will develop and implement medical strategies to support business growth and patient outcomes.

This role reports to the SVP Global Field Medical and matrix reporting to the SVP Deployment Solutions in Europe. You will have responsibility for managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business results.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.

Job Summary

The Field Medical Strategy Executive will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing medical strategies to support business growth and patient outcomes.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business results.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement change.
  • Managing budgets and resources to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

The Field Medical Strategy Executive will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicating effectively to drive business results and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Educated to degree level (PharmD, MD, PhD) preferred.
  • Experience in medical strategy leadership with specific focus on team management and strategy development.
  • Possesses strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (strong working knowledge of Excel, Project, and PowerPoint).
  • Strengths in clinical, business, and emotional intelligence as well as information systems and technology.
  • The ability to articulate medical strategies to existing and potential customers.
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to changing internal and external environments.
  • Knowledge of national codes of conduct guidelines, especially those that apply to Medical Affairs.
  • Good communication skills in English and languages of supported countries.

Salary

$130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
