We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our well-established WISH Activity Team at Stock Hall Residential Home in Ormskirk, Lancashire.

As a WISH Activity Team Member, you will work closely with our friendly and dedicated WISH Activity Team Lead, Brenda, to plan and deliver a programme of meaningful activities and events for our residents. This will involve working with individuals and groups, as part of a holistic approach to care, to ensure that our residents feel valued and supported.

Our team is committed to providing person-centred care, which means that we put the needs and preferences of our residents at the heart of everything we do. We believe that this approach allows our residents to flourish and our staff to feel fulfilled in their roles.

This is a long-term and permanent role, which is not suitable for those looking for temporary or seasonal work. We are looking for someone who is committed to joining our team and making a positive contribution to the lives of our residents.

As a WISH Activity Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of activities, including day trips, gardening, and games. You will also have the chance to build relationships with our residents and help them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
