Brandon James is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead their team on high-end residential projects. As a pivotal leader, you will work closely with a team of 7 talented surveyors, reporting directly to the Director. Your expertise will enable the Director to focus on business development, while you guide the team to deliver exceptional results.

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to shape the future of a growing team. You will be involved in Super Prime Residential projects, collaborating with private clients and delivering exceptional results on properties that define luxury. The role is perfect for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a leadership position and wants to mentor and inspire junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 7 talented surveyors on high-end residential projects
  • Collaborate with private clients to deliver exceptional results
  • Mentor and inspire junior staff to achieve their full potential

The successful incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge and experience
  • High-End Residential / Private Residential experience is ideal but not crucial
  • The desire to mentor, manage and lead a team
  • MRICS would be highly desirable but not a must
