We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Evaluator Specialist to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for evaluating the functional capacity of individuals to provide accurate and unbiased assessments.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 8pm, with an unpaid one-hour lunch break.
  • Flexible hours can be arranged after initial training, considering both personal preferences and business needs.
  • You will have the opportunity to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and generate accurate reports.
  • A valid driving license or reliable transportation to reach the nearest assessment centre is required.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £45,650 per annum, including starting salary £38,500 - £41,500 and additional bonus up to 10% for quality and retention.
  • Retention Bonus: 5%

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
  • Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with no restrictions and a valid PIN.
  • Strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper.
  • Proficient with IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access.

Working Arrangements:

  • Sample schedules include: 8am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5:30pm.
  • We will provide at least 4 weeks' notice for any changes to your schedule.
