Culinary Specialist

HC-One is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

We're looking for someone who is organized, can thrive in autonomy, and has a passion for food. You'll be responsible for meeting service times, planning menus, and prioritizing tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to follow recipes perfectly are essential. When interacting with residents and colleagues, you'll be considerate, kind, and professional.
