We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our field sales team as an Energy Helper. As a Sales Ambassador - Energy Expert, you will play a key role in introducing our local communities to Octopus Energy as a preferred potential supplier.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: You will be responsible for communicating with customers through various channels, including face-to-face interactions at events and venues, to spread the word about Octopus Energy.
  • Customer Service: You will ensure that every customer who decides to switch supply to Octopus Energy receives excellent customer service, with a focus on honesty, transparency, and integrity.
  • Field Sales: You will work in busy shopping centres and supermarkets, engaging with customers and promoting our energy solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with your team to influence and inspire others, and contribute to the success of our field sales team.
Requirements
  • Location: You will be based in Coventry and required to travel to various locations around the city.
