Senior Bioanalytical Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bioanalytical Scientist to join our team at Intertek. As a key member of our Laboratory, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Bioanalytical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and validate bioanalytical methods for the analysis of biopharmaceuticals, including Immunoassay and Ligand Binding assays.
- Provide expert guidance and support to junior analysts, ensuring the development of their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in bioanalytical technologies and platforms, and implement new techniques and methods as required.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of theoretical basis of bioanalytical techniques, supporting a diverse range of client requirements.
- BSc/MSc/PhD in Biology/Chemistry (or related scientific discipline) is essential.
- More than 3 years of relevant industry experience, with a strong background in bioanalytical techniques and method development.
- Experience of working in a GxP regulatory laboratory with a strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and GCP principles.
- Strong method development and validation experience, including ICH M10 and FDA/EMA guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
