About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dental Nurse to join our team at Portman Dental Care. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our dental team.

About the Practice

Our practice, Church View Dental Care, is a mixed dental practice with 8 surgeries. We offer a range of services, including general dentistry, implants, and Invisalign. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and a warm welcome to all our patients.

About You

We are looking for a Dental Nurse who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and has a positive attitude, empathy, and excellent communication skills. You will have valid certification or diploma in Dental Nursing and be registered with the General Dental Council (GDC). Experience in Orthodontics is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC
  • Comply with the 'Code of Ethics' of the British Association of Dental Nurses
  • Undertake CPD in line with the GDC guidelines
  • Knowledge of CQC and compliance
  • Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and welcoming manner
  • Strong teamwork ability with an enthusiastic attitude
  • Proficient user of the requisite dental software and Microsoft package
  • Vaccinated against Hepatitis B
