With new contracts secured, this company requires an ambitious and experienced accountant to drive growth and implement financial strategies. The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage quarterly and annual budgets
  • Review and present monthly management accounts
  • Business partner with operations team to drive projects forward
  • Manage cashflow forecasting and oversee all payments
  • Variance analysis and reporting
  • Prepare quarterly and annual reporting
  • Develop and implement financial controls and processes
  • Consult with auditors and prepare audit packs

Salary: Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

The Person

We are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, develop, and mentor a finance team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and advanced Excel skills.
