About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systemic Psychotherapist to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, evidence-based systemic psychotherapy services to adult community and inpatients, their families, carers, and professional networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to the Family Consultation services in the Borough.
- Provide specialist systemic assessment and therapy to families of patients.
- Offer specialist advice and consultation regarding assessments, diagnoses, and treatment to teams, external agencies, working autonomously within professional guidelines.
- Provide specialist consultation to other professionals looking to increase their expertise in systemic psychotherapy.
- Collaborate in the evaluation of the service and contribute to its development and implementation.
Person Specification
- 2+ years of experience working as a Family Therapist.
- Relevant qualification as a Family Therapist.
- Experience working with complex presentations.
