Job Description

Role Overview: The Supply Chain Manager will develop and implement strategies for Procurement, Planning, and Inventory Control teams while overseeing team members' daily tasks. This role includes leading a team of six direct reports, providing growth opportunities, and supporting individual objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels using Kanban ordering systems to ensure timely delivery while minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with departments to integrate activities, streamline operations, and eliminate waste.
  • Lead and mentor team members to foster a lean mindset and enhance overall performance through continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Trojan/Veralto policies regarding documentation, auditing, and record-keeping, aligning with lean standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Relevant post-secondary degree in areas such as Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
  • Professional certifications like CSCP, CPIM, PMP, SCMP, or CITT are considered assets.
