Head of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to drive income growth and build impactful relationships for C2 Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing budgets, and leading a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve income growth targets
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure effective use of resources
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve fundraising goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and partners

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of fundraising success
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Hybrid working, with 2-3 days/week at Wareham, Dorset HQ
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, occasional evenings and weekends as required
