We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Binder Operations Coordinator to join our team at Kentro Capital.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our business units and managers, providing high-quality technical and administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex queries from internal and external stakeholders, while building trusted relationships within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. They will also have strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality output and maintain accurate records.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the business with all day-to-day operational needs;
  • Assist with the management/administration of new/renewal Binding Authority Agreements;
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of operational policies and procedural manuals;
  • Update internal trackers and other reporting mechanisms;
  • Carry out system testing in RiskWrite (Underwriting & Accounting system) and RiskWrite Analytics (Data Warehouse).
Requirements
  • Ideally educated to A Levels or QCF Level 3 and/or equivalent qualification;
  • Enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a focus on providing the best possible service;
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with stakeholders both internally and externally;
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks within a high-pressure environment;
  • Presentable, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
  • Desire to find solutions to problems and keen to learn and challenge the status quo;
  • Ability to build trust by operating with integrity and professionalism;
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships;
  • IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;
  • Knowledge of Binding Authority Agreements essential.
Salary and Benefits
  • Estimated salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience;
  • Discretionary bonus;
