A Delivery Specialist with Community Focus plays a crucial role in bringing services and goods to people's doorsteps. If you're an upbeat, independent, and self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is organized, punctual, and ready to deliver exceptional service. A strong sense of community and a willingness to work outside in any weather are essential. Additionally, a full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points is required.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer market-leading pay and benefits. This includes a salary of £12.54 per hour, paid monthly, with opportunities for overtime at 1.25 times the normal rate. You'll also enjoy 22.5 days' holiday (pro-rata) rising with length of service, full uniform provision, a company pension scheme, and family-friendly support including maternity pay and paternity leave.
