About the RoleThe Level 2 Early Years Educator role involves creating a nurturing environment that caters to individual needs, acknowledging the diversity of each child's background, culture, disabilities, and medical history. Your flexibility and dedication, insights, and feedback will be valued as we constantly push the boundaries of excellence and reimagine what exceptional early years education really means.
You will work collaboratively with your team to plan, organise, and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). An ability to effectively communicate with parents, children, and colleagues will empower you to deliver the best experience possible.
Key Responsibilities- Create a safe and inspiring learning environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
- Work collaboratively with your team to plan, organise, and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Effectively communicate with parents, children, and colleagues to deliver the best experience possible.
- Observe and assess children's progress, setting individualised goals and celebrating achievements.
- Hold a relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum.
- Allign with Kido's 3 core values: Listen, Learn, and Lead.
- Have some experience in a similar role within a nursery or other childcare or educational setting.
- Hold the right to work in the UK.
