About the Role:

The Bamburgh Castle Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, is seeking a skilled Kitchen Porter to join their team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team in the production of food and maintaining food hygiene to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the kitchen team in the production of food and maintaining food hygiene to the highest standards.
  • Be responsible for the wash-up area for crockery, cutlery & kitchen equipment.
  • Assist with basic food preparation when required.
  • Clean the kitchen and kitchen equipment as directed and following the kitchen cleaning schedule.
  • Perform other general duties that contribute to a smoothly run kitchen.
