LV= Life & Pensions is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Heritage Product Support Analyst.

This is a fixed-term position that requires a subject matter expert for all Heritage products, including life insurance, investments, and pensions products.

The successful candidate will work closely with various teams, including Customer Experience, Risk & Compliance, Product, Technical, and Finance, to ensure our customers receive accurate policy documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing Excel to resolve manual claim values and unit adjustments.
  • Generating calculations for regulatory reporting/updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Providing support during change implementation, product training, and risk event delivery.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing annual policy fees and mutual bonus declarations.
  • Collaborating with Technical Support and Business Support Ops Assurance on regulatory returns/queries and system issues.
  • Monitoring quality control through monthly spot-checking of Customer Experience Claims calculations.
  • Obtaining annuity quotes from different providers and providing data to Actuaries for market comparisons.
  • Processing high-risk and regulatory control reports and manual workarounds.
  • Developing and maintaining key relationships across the business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Life, Pensions, savings, and investment products is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • A degree or A-Level qualifications with experience in Financial Services is preferred.

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
