At Pure Search, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated mid-senior level lawyer to join our team as a Corporate Finance Lawyer. This individual will play a key role in advising clients on complex corporate transactions, including public and private equity offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and other general corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage ECM and M&A transactions from inception to completion.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transaction structuring.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate documents, including share purchase agreements, merger agreements, and prospectuses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service and responsiveness.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in ECM and M&A within a top-tier law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, securities regulations, and transaction management.
  • A proven track record of successfully handling complex corporate transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
