Business Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Arma Connect Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and navigating the sales process with finesse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including regular communication, account management, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success in a target-driven industry, preferably with a consultative or technical background.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a field sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
