Exciting Opportunity for Composite Fitters/Assembly Technicians

Red Bull Racing & Technology is seeking highly skilled Composite Fitters/Assembly Technicians to join our well-established Composites team. Based in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, this role is perfect for those wanting to start or continue their journey in F1.

In this position, you will perform detailed trimming, bonding, and assembling of complex components to the highest standards, working meticulously in accordance with our standard operating procedures, following detailed engineering drawings, ensuring precision and excellence in every task. Your hard work and contribution will directly impact the success and performance of our team, including customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a Composite Laminator position within a disciplined manufacturing environment.
  • Ideally apprentice-trained, holding an ONC/HNC qualification or equivalent.
  • Background in the Motorsport, Automotive, and/or Aerospace industries.
  • Proficiency in using air tools for basic trimming.
  • Self-motivator with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work to very tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capability to handle challenging situations and delivery pressures.
  • Comfortable to work night shift.
