The Impact You'll Have:

As Assistant Treasurer, you'll be accountable for making sure Treasury operations are best in class, working in accordance with risk policies and always striving to improve. You'll be working across the business at executive and senior management level, supporting and driving delivery of solutions for business development with the support of your finance colleagues.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Deliver short and long-term cash flow forecasting to senior Finance management at a high level of forecast accuracy with a deep understanding of cash flow drivers.
  • Work closely with the business and Financial Planning and Analysis teams to support business growth plans through working capital initiatives and cash flow modelling.
  • Hedge foreign exchange and interest rate risk in accordance with strategy to protect loveholidays' cash flow.
  • Build close relationships with our key banking partners and ensure good governance and compliance on our debt facilities.
  • Provide insightful reporting and information on Treasury matters.
  • Manage the service level from Finance Operations in relation to Treasury deliverables.
  • Line manage a Treasury Analyst.

Your Skillset:

  • Corporate Treasury background or ACT qualified.
  • Ability to build rapport within the business and influence decision-making.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident working with high volumes of data and BI tools.
