Childcare Supervisor

Raven Medical Staffing are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Supervisor to join their team in Isleworth, Middlesex. This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of £30,000 per annum.

As a Childcare Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and education for children in the nursery. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Caring for children: Providing high-quality care that supports children's personal development
• Creating a stimulating environment: Promoting independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion among children
• Supervising staff: Mentoring and training staff members, assigning tasks and schedules
• Building relationships: Establishing positive relationships with parents, carers, and staff
• Complying with regulations: Ensuring the nursery meets all regulatory requirements
• Awareness of Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum plans
