About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our successful team in the Credit Specialities market based in Leeds. As a Client Advisor, you will play a crucial role in servicing our clients and managing their credit limit requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Client Executive team with daily client servicing and renewal processes.
  • Manage credit limit requirements for clients via insurer portals and communicate directly with insurers.
  • Provide clients with support and guidance to ensure policy adherence, including reporting overdue invoices and making timely claims.
  • Administer action logs, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare pre-renewal submission data and support Client Executives in client meetings.
  • Build relationships across Marsh and with external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build, manage, and develop relationships.
