The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design studio, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Creative Artworking: Develop and implement creative artworking projects, including packaging design, digital marketing collateral, and other visual materials.
- Design Adaptation: Adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and formats, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Brief Development: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and transform briefs into engaging final documents.
- Design Ownership: Take ownership of assigned projects, working closely with the Head of Design and Senior Designers to deliver high-quality results within deadlines and budgets.
- Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Experience: Proven 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of typography, colors, layout, and creative trends.
- Software Skills: Strong software knowledge covering InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with excellent skill levels in PowerPoint and the rest of MS Office.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret briefs and understand how to bring key messages to life in presentation documents.
- Branding and Packaging: Experience in branding and packaging design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for good design.
- Collaboration: Collaborative with other creatives, with a strong ability to work as part of a team to achieve desired results.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Benefits: 28 days holiday, central Bradford location, opportunities for progression, full training and induction, casual Fridays, and an early finish.
