We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Creator to join our &Accelerate team. As a creative leader, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through innovative social media strategies and campaigns.

As part of our social media strategy team, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise will include creative concepting, content and social strategy, and content production.

Creative Strategy:

  • Creative Concepting: Develop innovative social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Content & Social Strategy: Craft data-driven social media game plans, complete with content calendars, platform optimisation, and performance analysis.
  • Building Best Practice Documentation: Share your expertise by documenting best practices, dos and don'ts, and how-tos of social media marketing.

Content Production:

  • Social-First Content Origination (AV): Create high-quality, high-engagement videos tailored for various social platforms.
  • Graphic Design: Design graphics, illustrations, and animations that drive engagement and brand love.
  • Presenting Creative Work: Confidently present creative concepts and campaign strategies to clients.
  • A proven history of breaking the mould with social media campaigns.
  • Creative thinking and storytelling that's nothing short of extraordinary.
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms and the rules of the game.
  • Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A knack for numbers with social media analytics and reporting.
  • A burning passion for social media and an appetite for the next big thing.

&Accelerate offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Our estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
