About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Trainee Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Swanstaff Ltd. As a Trainee Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating the allocation of shifts to candidates across various sectors, including industrial, driving, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the allocation of shifts to candidates across various sectors.
  • Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure shifts are filled promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Source and vet candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of shifts filled and candidate placements.
  • Participate in some on-call weekend duties to ensure client needs are met outside of regular office hours.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the desk.
Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, door-to-door sales, cold calling, client engagement, shift co-ordinating, or resourcing.
  • Industry knowledge in either industrial, driving, or healthcare recruitment.
Skills & Attributes
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
  • Computer literate.
