About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Assistant to support our EMEA Legal and Marketing teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating marketing agreements, maintaining form contracts and commercial agreements, and assisting with special projects to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and negotiating marketing agreements, including sponsorships, master service agreements, brand partnerships, IP licenses, and confidentiality agreements
  • Maintaining up-to-date form contracts and commercial agreements
  • Assisting with special projects to support business goals, as directed by the VP of Legal or senior management
  • Collaborating with other members of the Legal team to achieve shared objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid academic background, ideally with an LLB and LPC
  • At least 12 months' paralegal experience in a commercial setting (in-house or private practice)
  • Good commercial sense with a sharp eye for detail
