RJS Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Deputy Home Manager to join their team.

Location: West Sussex
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent role with evening, weekend work, and rotational on-call duties

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children to overcome trauma and thrive in a therapeutic environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people and contribute to creating a safe and nurturing environment for them to grow.

About the Role:

  • Supporting the home manager to develop and implement therapeutic care plans
  • Leading a team of childcare staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children
  • Working closely with external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for children and their families
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
