Corporate Tax Manager

Fletcher George Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our team in Portsmouth. As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing a portfolio of clients from various industries, ensuring tax compliance and meeting HMRC deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of clients and ensure tax compliance and HMRC deadlines are met
  • Liaise with clients to resolve queries and communicate with internal departments
  • Assist Partners in tax advisory projects, either leading or playing a significant role
  • Mentor and manage a team, as well as prospect to grow the team further
Requirements:
  • A collaborative outlook with a process mindset
  • An accountancy or tax qualification such as CTA, ACA, or ACCA (essential)
  • Several years of tax experience (essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • A team player who is also comfortable leading a team
  • Commercially astute and committed to developing the business
  • A flexible and proactive approach
