Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Challenging Behaviour

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team in a role specializing in challenging behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with challenging behavior in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
  • Assist with the development and implementation of behavior management strategies
Requirements:
  • Experience working with challenging behavior is essential
  • A valid DBS is required
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
