Job Title: Safety Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Engineer to join our team at the Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA). The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assessing safety documentation, advising internal personnel and industry safety teams, and delivering audits.

About the Role
  • The primary function of this role is to provide expert advice on safety matters to senior management, industry safety teams, and internal personnel.
  • The Safety Engineer will also be responsible for reviewing and assessing new and existing safety documentation against Safety Policy, including safety case reports and safety management plans.
  • This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
