This exciting opportunity will see you working directly with Heads of Business, Aftersales Management, and Teams to drive improvements across key performance indicators.

The Role:
  • Collaborate with designated businesses from launch to ensure buy-in and implementation of action plans for sustainable growth.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current processes, activities, and cultures using established program tools to prioritize areas requiring improvement.
  • Deliver a structured coaching approach to designated businesses, focusing on process optimization, enhanced communication, and improved team collaboration to elevate customer satisfaction and return-to-workshop rates.
  • Maintain service levels aligned with client expectations by consistently applying the coaching structure, utilizing agreed analysis tools, and presenting a professional image.
About You:

We are looking for an individual with exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills. The ideal candidate possesses:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive aftersales.
  • Strong understanding of business KPI data and the ability to analyze and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience implementing aftersales processes.
  • A flexible approach to work, demonstrating self-sufficiency and initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Volkswagen experience is a valuable asset.
