We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Outfitting and Installation Coordinator to join our team in Rosyth, UK. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of 65,000-78,000+ benefits per year.

About the Role

The Ship Manager - Outfit Delivery role requires a strong background in project management, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. You will be responsible for delivering complex through-life marine engineering services, including:

  • Delivery Strategy: Developing and implementing a robust Outfit Delivery strategy, aligning with the overall project plan and budget.
  • Team Management: Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and processes throughout the outfitting phase.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in ship delivery, particularly in outfitting and installation.
  • Proven track record in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
