Job Summary:

We are seeking an Architectural Technician with industry experience to join our team as a key member responsible for conducting site surveys, leading design development, and ensuring building regulation compliance. This hands-on role offers a lead position working alongside a friendly team with supported professional development and a generous salary of £42,500 - £52,500 per annum.

About the Role:

  • Conduct site surveys on a weekly basis
  • Lead the development of design from initial conception through to planning
  • E nsure building regulation packs are compliant and submitted
  • Produce detailed drawings for tenders and throughout the construction process

Requirements:

  • Industry experience as an Architectural Technician in the UK
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and permitted developments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK Licence and commutable to Bicester
