Due to ongoing growth and success, we're seeking a Senior-Level Recruitment Specialist who will join our team in Belfast.

  1. Sourcing candidates and creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings
  2. Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, prepping candidates for interviews, and ensuring a smooth experience
  3. Scheduling interviews and providing feedback
  4. Building relationships with both candidates and clients, and providing market insight
  5. Generating new business through cold calling, chasing leads and research

About You

  1. Proven track history in a 360-recruitment role (IT recruitment experience desirable but not essential)
  2. Experience working on business development and generating leads
  3. Confident, professional and excellent communication skills
