About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Lounge. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Develop and implement effective kitchen systems and procedures
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to achieve business objectives and targets

- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
