Job Description:
Ritz Recruitment requires a Temporary Tradesperson to work on a full-time/part-time basis at a student accommodation site in Sheffield, S1. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking daily reactive maintenance tasks to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring high quality standards are met
• Perform basic plumbing, joinery, and carpentry tasks where necessary
• Move furniture and heavy items across the buildings
• Maintain lighting and perform statutory testing
• Manage electronic maintenance reports and update them as needed

Requirements:
• Proven experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment or as a general builder/residential construction
• Skilled in one or more of the following trades: plumber, electrician, or carpenter
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively

Salary: £15 per hour
