Capital Project Quality Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in RG7 4PR. This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of embedding quality culture within projects from kick-off to handover.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Representing quality at stakeholder meetings
  • Conducting internal project audits
  • Engaging with the supply chain for test plans and acceptance plans
  • Providing data to key reporting metrics and KPIs
  • Supporting workshops to promote performance improvement
  • Reviewing lifetime quality records

The successful candidate will have a wide-ranging quality assurance experience, preferably in a project and/or industrial setting. They will also have working knowledge of national and international quality standards, IT skills, and the ability to use MS Office software.
