At BAM Nuttall, we are embarking on a groundbreaking 5-year project, Eastern Green Link 2 (EGL2), which will see the creation of a 525kV, 2GW high voltage direct current (HVDC) subsea transmission cable from Peterhead in Scotland to Drax in England. This ambitious project will be the longest HVDC Cable in the UK and the UK's single largest transmission project ever, providing enough power for 2 million UK homes.


We are seeking an experienced Project Environment Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the environmental aspects of the project, including developing and implementing environmental management plans, conducting environmental impact assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement environmental management plans to minimize the project's environmental footprint
