About the Role- Responsible for dealing with a mixed portfolio in a variety of sectors, including non-profit, professional services, OMB's, and technology.
- Help initiate change, continuous improvement, and motivate and develop less experienced members of the team.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on employee share incentives, designing and implementing share option schemes, advising on employment-related securities, agreeing share valuations with HMRC, and assisting clients with HMRC share scheme compliance.
- Work closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of the payroll each month.
- Process client tax return data for our compliance team, generating tax returns, requesting client information, and assisting with the preparation of client bills.
