As a leading transport organisation in Europe, Arriva Yorkshire Limited offers exciting opportunities for experienced individuals to join our team as PSV Engineers/Mechanics.

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled professional to maintain the fleet of PCV vehicles at our Heckmondwike Depot. The successful candidate will work closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure that all vehicles meet high standards, including those set by DVSA and Arriva.

The role involves servicing and repairing vehicles to meet these standards, as well as continuous improvement of vehicle standards and MOT preparation. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for diagnosing faults and ensuring reliability and maintenance is kept to Arriva's high standards.

Key requirements include knowledge of PSV/HGV maintenance, with recognised qualifications such as a Level 3 NVQ. The ideal candidate will also be able to work safely and unsupervised to pre-set standards and guidelines. Electrical knowledge and a PCV license are desirable but not necessary.
